Four versions of the Concept of the draft of the master plan of the city district Kazan are discussed

In Executive committee of Kazan the meeting on consideration of the materials of the second stage of the draft of the master plan of the city district Kazan presented SUE "SR and PR of Moskow city General plan" took place on January 26, 2016. At meeting representatives of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive committee of the city of Kazan, the scientific and educational organizations took part. 

Within Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 and within development of the master plan of the city district Kazan at meeting four versions of the Concept of the project – "Compact Kazan", "the Growing Kazan", "Big Kazan", "Open Kazan" by the following criteria were discussed: population and workplaces, priorities of functional zoning, building parameters, parameters of the environment and architecture, priorities of city transport, communication city agglomeration, development priorities, expenses on realization, development of the budget.
