FAS of Russia is obliged to accept the complaint even if it is sent by mail in the last day of term

The Federal Antimonopoly Service in the letter No. IA/76070/15 of 29.12.2015 made explanations concerning questions of calculation of terms of the appeal of action (inaction) of the customer, authorized body, authorized establishment, specialized organization, commission on implementation of purchases, her members, the official of contract service, the contract managing director, operator of an electronic platform. 

The control body has to accept to consideration the complaint to provisions of documentation about purchase if the participant handed over it in the organization of communication before the expiration of 24 hours of the last day of a term of demands.
