The Republic of Tatarstan became the "pilot" region in which in 2016 in the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPC) services of Corporation will start being rendered.

The agreement on interaction between JSC "Federal corporation on development of small and average business" and State Budgetary Institution The Multipurpose Center of Providing the State and Municipal Services in RT was signed within a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the CEO of JSC Federalnaya corporation on development of small and average business" (MSP Corporation) of Alexander Braverman today.

Signatures under the document put the secretary of state – the deputy CEO of JSC "Federal corporation on development of small and average business" Natalya Larionova and the director of State Budgetary Institution The Multipurpose Center of Providing the State and Municipal Services in RT Lenara Muzafarova.

This agreement became continuation of earlier reached agreements on collaboration within the Agreement on interaction between the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Average Business signed within the same meeting by Rustam Minnikhanov and Alexander Braverman.

One of the key directions of cooperation "the SAB Corporation will become assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in expansion of share in purchases of the largest state companies, and also cooperation in questions of development of infrastructure, preparation of suggestions for improvement of measures of support of subjects of small and average business (SAB), training of the population in bases of business and stimulation of businessmen to entering of data into the formed Unified register of subjects of SAB.

Thus the republics will be able to address for support businessmen as directly in SAB Corporation, and through MPC.

At the first stage will render three services in MPC to Corporation:
- service in selection of information on the real estate included in the lists of the state and municipal property provided according to part 4 of article 18 of the Federal law of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ "About development of small and average business in the Russian Federation" to SAB;
- service in providing information on the organization of participation of SMP in purchases of goods, works, services of the customers determined by the Government of Russia;
- service in providing information on forms and conditions of financial support of SAB.

Businessmen will be able to address in MPC for these services since September 1 of the current year after creation of specialized information system by SAB Corporation, and also carrying out training of employees of MPC.
