Attention of the enterprises which are carrying out preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals

Since January 10, 2016 the Federal law of July 13, 2015 No. 263-FZ by which changes were made to Federal laws took effect:
of December 26, 2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control";
of May 4, 2011 No. 99-FZ "About licensing of separate kinds of activity".

Changes are made to an order of electronic interaction of competitors of licenses, licensees at submission of documents on receiving, renewal of the license, and also when checking regarding a format of a digital signature. 

By the specified laws it is established that at electronic interaction signing of documents is possible only when using strengthened qualified digital signature (earlier – a digital signature).

In this regard we recommend for filing of application for receiving, renewal of the license to use a portal of the state services of the Republic of Tatarstan where possibility of providing this service in an electronic format on condition of signing of the filed documents is realized by the strengthened qualified digital signature.
