JSC Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Average Business is allocated with a duty of implementation of monitoring and an assessment of the approved plans of purchase for compliance to requirements of the legislation on placement of orders at subjects of small and average business

We remind that within expansion of support of small and average business in 2015 JSC Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Average Business is created. Powers, tasks and functions of this institute of development in the sphere of small and average business are defined in the station of Art. 25.1 - 25.2 Federal laws of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ "About development of small and average business in the Russian Federation". The corporation is created on the basis of JSC Non-bank Deposit and Credit Institution  credit guaranteeы Agency, with participation of JSC Russian Bank of Support of Small and Average Business (JSC MSP Bank) which is affiliated in structure of Vnesheconombank.

From 01.07.2016 the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 21.11.2015 No. 1255 "About an order of carrying out monitoring of implementation by "Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Average Business" joint-stock company by executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and (or) the organizations of an assessment of compliance and the monitoring of compliance provided by the Federal law "About purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities" created by them will come into force.
