"Immunity" from checks is provided to small enterprises

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation  of 26.11.2015  No. 1268 established rules by which the subject of small business will be able to declare in supervisory authority an exception of data on himself of the annual plan of checks. It is also defined, what documents for this purpose will be required who and in what time will consider the application.

Earlier changes into the Federal law of 26.12.2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" for 2016-2018 entered "supervising vacation" for most of subjects of small business: planned inspections concerning them aren't carried out.
