In Russia the Unified register of subjects of small and average business is entered

Introduction of the Unified register of subjects of SAB will allow to define quickly belonging of the enterprises to subjects of small and average business, and also to receive summary information on all subjects of small and average business of the region.

Changes are made to the Federal law of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ "About development of small and average business in the Russian Federation". New provisions of the law on the unified register will come into force since July 1, 2016.

The law defines structure of the data included in the register, and also an order of its formation. FTS of Russia will be operator of  the register.
