Since January 1, 2016 "supervising vacation" for subjects of small business began

Since January 1, 2016 change came into  force in the Federal law of 26.12.2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control"  .

The ban on carrying out planned inspections of subjects of small business during the period is established from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018. The exception is made by the enterprises which made gross violations which caused administrative stay of their activity, stay or cancellation of the license, disqualification in the previous three years. Also the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are carrying out kinds of activity in health sector and educations, the social sphere, the sphere of heat supply, power industry, energy saving and increase of power efficiency don't fall under a ban. The list of such kinds of activity and frequency of their planned inspections are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
