The order of interaction of the enterprises with tax authorities within the state service in registration of control and cash equipment will be simplified

The Russian Government Commission on Lawmaking approved the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About use of control and cash equipment at implementation of cash monetary calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards", the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses and separate acts of the Russian Federation".

The bill provides a phased transition on use of the control and cash equipment (CCE) transferring information on calculations to tax authorities in electronic form. 

Soon the bill will be considered at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation.
