The changes allowing the microfinancial organizations to give out microloans to legal persons and IE at the rate to 3 million rubles are made to the legislation

The federal law of 29.12.2015 No. 407-FZ "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation and recognition become invalid for separate provisions of acts of the Russian Federation" made changes to the Federal law of 02.07.2010 N 151-FZ "About microfinancial activity and the microfinancial organizations".

So, since March 29, 2016 the microfinancial organizations have the right to give out microloans to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of no more than 3 million rubles. At the moment this sum is limited with 1 million rubles.
