Within the Gaidar forum – 2016 the presentation of the project of creation in Tatarstan of the innovative and production center "Innokam" took place

The project of creation in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of the territorial isolated innovative and production center "Innokam" was presented on one of panel discussions within the Gaidar forum – 2016. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in presentation of the project.

As the moderator the rector of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) Vladimir Mau acted. As experts the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov, the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak, the dean of Faculty of free arts and sciences of St. Petersburg State University, the chief researcher of Institute of economic policy named after E.T. Gaidar Alexey Kudrin, the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Andrey Ivanov, the CEO of JSC MSP Corporation Alexander Braverman, etc. were invited.

The draft of the concept of creation of the territorial isolated innovative and production center "Innokam" was developed by a RANEPA together with the Republic of Tatarstan.

The purpose of the concept of "Innokam" is creation in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan the innovative and production center conducting in the country due to development the production and hi-tech clusters and formation of a steady structure-forming transport framework of the Kamsky alomeration, transformation of the saved-up industrial and technological potential in high quality of life of the population. Implementation of the Innokam project having solved the available infrastructure restrictions is urged to create a platform for growth of economy.
