Public consultations on the draft of the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation are held

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations on the draft of the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation "About modification of the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2013 No. 36 "About the approval of requirements to the tachographs installed on vehicles, categories and types of the vehicles equipped by tachographs, rules of use, service, and control of operation of the tachographs installed on vehicles" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

We invite representatives of business associations to study the presented regulatory legal act on the site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan in the section "Assessment of the Regulating Influence".

In case of existence of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also provisions, promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, we ask to send the remarks and offers to sector of an assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on an e-mail address: Nail.Madiev@tatar.ru.
