Subjects of SAB of the Republic of Tatarstan - followers of smb.tattis.ru got access to purchases to the sum of 5,7 billion rubles

Information portal for subjects of small and average business of smb.tattis.ru was presented by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with SI Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan on July 15, 2015 in Innopolis at the All-Russian forum of small and medium business "Tatarstan – a support for business". Implementation of the project got support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and also participants of a forum.

Creation of smb.tattis.ru is directed on the solution of the following problems of subjects of small and average business:
• receiving actual and reliable information about needs of customers for goods (works, services);
• informing potential customers on goods (works, services), provided (carried out, rendered) the enterprise;
• receiving fast access to electronic trading platforms.

As of the end of December, 2015 on a portal already nearly 4 thousand subjects of small and average business (from them 45% fall to the share of residents of the Republic of Tatarstan) issued about 27,5 thousand subscriptions. It should be noted that less than for half a year of functioning of a portal the share of the Tatarstan businessmen among total number of subjects of SMB from other regions grew from 15% to 45%. 

Current situation shows that the Tatarstan companies already started realizing the advantages before other regions of Russia in use of smb.tattis.ru. One of them consists in that, for example, that at registration as the resident of a portal the businessman automatically gets access to all resources developed SI Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of deliveries of production. On these resources information on the placed demands of the companies which are based in Tatarstan is provided. Therefore, having won competition for delivery of goods to the republican customer, the businessman gets advantage in the form of reduction of costs of logistics.

By the enterprises after the beginning of use of smb.tattis.ru (from the moment of the first subscription to the auction) in 2015 with adjustable customers of the Republic of Tatarstan (on 44-FZ and 223-FZ) it is concluded contracts for the sum of 10,8 billion rubles, from them on 10,3 billion rubles – residents of the Republic of Tatarstan. Among the organizations – the residents of the Republic of Tatarstan working with smb.tattis.ru, more than 70% of the organizations are small business enterprises. Such companies took part in 3 thousand the auction information about which was received from the notices directed by smb.tattis.ru system, and signed contracts for the sum of 5,7 billion rubles.
