The agency by a state order of the Republic of Tatarstan is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation as the operator of a platform for electronic privatization of the state and municipal property

The list of legal entities for the organization of sale of the state and municipal property in an electronic form is approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 4, 2015 No. 2488-r. 

It is necessary to emphasize that the first point in this list specified zakaz.rf electronic trading platform which operator  SI Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan is.

Five platforms are appointed taking into account their experience of implementation of the electronic auction. They are  SI Agency by a State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Sberbank Nuclear Heating Plant, JSC RTS-tender, JSC Uniform Electronic Trading Platform and JSC Electronic Trade Systems. 

The decision of the Government of the Russian Federation allows to intensify the electronic privatization provided by the law, but postponed. Now public authorities can choose a way of privatization between the classical (not electronic) auction and the auction in an electronic form.
