The technique of an assessment of introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation is developed

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation developed additions in the order of 15.05.2014 No. 266 approving a technique of an assessment of calculation of values of indicators of an assessment of efficiency of activity of heads of federal executive authorities and the highest officials (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government) of subjects of the Russian Federation on creating favorable conditions of conducting business activity. 

These additions describe a technique of an assessment of introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation. For execution of each component of the Standard to the region a certain number of points will be added. The maximum quantity of balls which the subject can gather, makes 63,8. Points are charged by Development department of small and average business and competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the basis of the data presented by the Russian Government Analytical Centre and coordinated with autonomous non-profit organization "Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects".

Following the results of the carried-out analysis of implementation of requirements of the Standard the rating of regions which will influence the general assessment of efficiency of activity of heads of subjects of the Russian Federation will be created.
