The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations on the draft of the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation "About the statement of methods of calculation of dispersion of emissions of the harmful (polluting) substances in atmospheric air" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan (further – the project).
