Artyom Zdunov within Government hour of the 14th meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan made the report on development of the MPC network

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov made a speech at the fourteenth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation on December 23, 2015 within Government hour with the report "About the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan".

In the performance the minister told about the work on creation and development of system of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPC) which is carried out in the republic, and also shared plans for improvement of the MPC network in 2016. 

During 2015 the republic MPC network actively developed, 50 branches of State Budgetary Institution "MPC" in all municipal areas and city districts, and also remote windows of reception in 281 rural settlements of the republic function today. The created system of MPC provides target value of coverage of the population with services in a format of "one window" of 90%.

In MPC of the republic services of federal authorities (Federal Registration Service, Migratory and Tax services, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Pension fund, Social insurance fund, Service of office police officers, Rospotrebnadzor), services of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE, municipal services (for example, concerning the land and property relations, architecture, archive, etc.) and other services are provided.

The number of the services provided in MPC constantly grows. So, in 2015 it is rendered to more than 1,8 million services that twice exceeds data of 2014.

Summing up the results the minister noted that in 2016 work on further improvement of quality of the services provided in MPC will be continued, and the list of the services provided in MPC will extend, including due to rendering services in "life situations" and a complex of services for business.

The chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin in return emphasized the importance of development of system of rendering of services and the multipurpose centers which, on the one hand help the population with modern conditions, with another  are one of mechanisms of counteraction of corruption in the republic.
