Access to purchases of the medicines coming from the foreign states is limited

23 December 2015, Wednesday

By the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2011 no. 1289 it is claimed  that when purchasing vital and major medicines customers are obliged to reject all demands (final offers) containing the offer on delivery of goods of a foreign origin except for made in member states of the Euroasian economic union.

This rule works if not less than two applications (final offers) conforming to requirements which were established by the customer are submitted.

Concerning the described restriction a number of exceptions is provided, including the specified rule doesn't extend on purchases of medicines notices about which are published before coming into effect of the adopted resolution.
