The tournament on chess on a cup of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan started

On December 18, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev opened a tournament on the Cup of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on chess. 

According to the Provision on a tournament winners and prize-winners are determined by the greatest number of the gathered points by results of competition. At equal quantity of points the winner will be defined: 
1) on bigger number of victories,
2) in case of equality of number of victories by results of personal meeting,
3) in case of equality of number of victories and equality of the points gathered at personal meetings on Zonnenborn-Berger's coefficient.

The tournament is held within preparation for the Sports contest of staff of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
