The young specialists living outside the republic were presented Tatarstan of the future

Today in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with participants of the Forum "Discovery of Talents" from among the young specialists living outside the Republic of Tatarstan and the foreign students trained in higher education institutions of the city of Kazan took place.

Participants of a meeting were presented by young specialists from Russia, Germany, Brazil, Turkey, the Republic of Benin, China, Switzerland, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.

Within a meeting the deputy minister Oleg Pelevin submitted key provisions of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030, and also mechanisms of realization of the planned purposes. Participants of a meeting discussed possibilities of realization of the directions of development planned in Strategy, the planned procedure of monitoring of its realization, a youth role in Strategy realization.

In Strategy the special attention is paid to talented youth which should build Tatarstan of the future. The priority directions of Strategy are aimed at an attraction of the best professionals to the republic and creation of such conditions that talented experts didn't leave, and remained to live and work in Tatarstan.

Also it was interested to participants whether the combining training on a workplace are provided by Strategy of the program of training, whether use of the mechanism of public-private partnership at implementation of infrastructure projects, mechanisms of the state support of projects and other questions is planned.
 
Besides, participants expressed the opinion how to involve young specialists to the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, it was offered to use more actively social networks during the work with youth.
 
Oleg Pelevin thanked young specialists for the stated offers and asked to address to the Ministry of Economics in case of existence of any ideas on realization of Strategy of Tatarstan till 2030.
