On December 18 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with concerning functioning and development of children's science and technology parks, and also possible cooperation of the Republic of Tatarstan with Association of producers of cinema and television was held.  The deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the minister of informatization and communication Roman Shaykhutdinov, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, the Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov, the corporate director of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" Svetlana Chupsheva, the representative of Association of producers of cinema and television Anna Krutova, etc took part in meeting.

Within meeting the readiness question in the territory of IT park Naberezhnye Chelny of children's science and technology park in which according to the management of park installation and construction works are complete now was considered.

Also during meeting the subject of development of educational programs, including film production within children's science and technology parks was touched.

According to Anna Krutova the Republic of Tatarstan is an ideal place for creation in its territory of uniform experimental production base for children's science and technology parks on cinema to the direction.

Besides, representatives of Association of producers of cinema and a teleimage told about what educational programs within development of the concept of children's science and technology parks, including concerning film production exist.
