The corporation of small and average business carried out the first assessment of compliance of the draft of the plan of purchase within implementation of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 1169

On December 8, 2015 to Joint-stock company  "Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Average Business"  the public joint-stock company "Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the Northwest" presented the first draft of the plan of purchase of goods, works and services for 2016. Carrying out an assessment of its compliance is carried out in the order established by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 29.10.2015 No. 1169.
  
Following the results of carrying out an assessment of compliance on December 9, 2015 to the company which submitted the draft of the plan of purchase the conclusion about compliance of the specified project to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing participation of subjects of small and average business in purchase is directed.  

Until the end of 2015 the largest customers included in the list are obliged to place drafts of plans of purchase of goods, works, services for carrying out a compliance assessment by Corporation. 
 
It should be noted that in the Republic of Tatarstan now the list of customers is also formed, concerning drafts of which plans of purchases a similar inspection by republican executive authority according to the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 1169 will be carried out of 29.10.2015.

The specified actions are directed on increase in a share of purchases by certain customers at subjects of small and average business.
