Since January 1, 2016 procedures of obtaining the construction license, reconstruction or capital repairs of objects of the social sphere will be changed

The specified changes will concern procedures of obtaining the construction license, reconstruction or capital repairs of health care facilities, educations, cultures, sport, transport, public catering and other objects regarding observance of requirements of availability to disabled people and will regulate actions not only builders and designers, but also customers of construction.
 
The federal law of 28.11.2015 No. 339-FZ "About modification of articles 48 and 51 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation", coming into force since January 1, 2016, will exclude opportunity to build social objects and housing without their availability to disabled people. The approved changes are created according to a state program "The available environment".
