The order of an exception of checks concerning subjects of small business from the annual plan of carrying out checks is defined

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 1268 of 26.11.2015 approved  Rules of giving and consideration of the application about a check exception concerning the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur of the annual plan of checks.
 
Subjects of small business can use such opportunity in case consider that check is included in the annual plan of checks in defiance of provisions of the Federal law of 26.12.2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control". The specified Federal law establishes a ban on carrying out planned inspections of subjects of small business during the period from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018. The exception is made for the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are carrying out kinds of activity in health sector and educations, the social sphere, the sphere of heat supply, power industry, energy saving and increase of power efficiency. The list of such kinds of activity and frequency of their planned inspections are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
