FAS of Russia specified, platforms on wich it is better to carry out electronic purchases under the Law No. 223-FZ

The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia made explanations on the issue of selection of electronic trading platforms for implementation of purchases according to requirements of the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities". 

According to FAS of Russia, the hardware-software complex of the electronic platforms which are selected according to the Law No. 44-FZ allows to provide carrying out purchases according to requirements of the Law No. 223-FZ.

The federal electronic trading platform zakazrf.ru which operator is SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, works under the Law No. 44-FZ and completely conforms to these requirements.
