The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved the Technique of an assessment of the standard expenses of business and other economic activity arising in connection with execution of requirements of regulation

The technique is developed for its use of subjects of the Russian Federation by executive authorities when carrying out procedure of an assessment of the regulating influence concerning drafts of regulations, and also when carrying out an assessment of the actual influence of the existing regulations.

The assessment of standard expenses of business and other economic activity allows to calculate a quantitative assessment of expenses of the subjects of business activity connected with need of observance of the requirements of regulation established by the draft of the regulatory legal act.
