Changes will be made to the legislation on rendering the state and municipal services

The draft of the Federal law "About modification of article 8 of the Federal law "About the organization of providing the state and municipal services" is brought in the State Duma of the Russian Federation. 

The bill allocates the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation with power on establishment of the general requirements to return of money on account of the payments provided by the legislation on rendering the state and municipal services, the recipient of the specified means. The exception will be made by payments which order of return is established by separate federal laws.

Estimated date of consideration of the bill by the State Duma is 01.12.2015.
