The initial (maximum) price of the contract at which the supplier reports data on collaborators can decrease twice

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the next amendments to the Federal law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" regarding reduction of the size of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (further – IMPC) at which the supplier reports data on collaborators. When purchasing for ensuring federal needs IMPC of 500 million rubles is offered to establish, and when purchasing for ensuring needs of the subject and municipal needs it will be 50 million rubles. If these values are exceeded, the supplier should provide the information on collaborators.

According to developers, such changes will allow to reduce corruption risks.
