The bill directed on elimination of an inequality of the rights of the insured persons forming means of pension accumulation in non-state pension funds and in the Pension fund of the Russian Federation is introduced in the State Duma

The purpose of the introduced bill is reduction to unification of a number of the separate procedures concerning a procedure of payments of means of pension accumulation at various stages of process of their formation, adjustment and reflection of the corresponding sums of pension accumulation on individual personal accounts of the insured persons for ensuring further establishment of funded pension.

Also the document supposes to order the norms concerning terms of consideration of addresses of the applicant about change of the insurer and a specification of procedures regarding an order of notices from pension funds.

Adoption of the bill will allow pension funds to come to uniform algorithm of calculations of pension accumulation, thereby promoting decrease in administrative barriers and increase of overall performance of the bodies which are responsible for rendering of services in this sphere.
