About examination of the existing regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan

According to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan of March 7, 2014 No. 14-ZRT "About an order of carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence of drafts of regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan and examination of regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan forms the plan  for 2016 of carrying out examination of the existing regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan governing the relations which participants subjects of business and investment activity are or can be.

Expertize of regulations is carried out for an assessment of achievement of the offered way of legal regulation, the assessment of the actual positive and negative consequences of the offered way of regulation declared during their development and acceptance of the purposes of regulation, efficiency by means of the analysis of law-enforcement practice.

We invite public associations of businessmen, subjects of business and investment activity to define the existing regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan which include the excess administrative barriers and unreasonable expenses to subjects of business and investment activity interfering business development and to direct offers for inclusion in the plan of examinations in sector of an assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on an e-mail address: Nail .Madiev@tatar.ru.

For reference: in 2015 expertizes of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 17.06.2009 No. 19-ZRT "About establishment of the differentiated tax rates for the taxpayers applying the simplified system of the taxation" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 29.09.2012 No. 65-ZRT "About introduction in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of patent system of the taxation" were carried out.

Under both acts the decision on need to add laws with provisions  providing to subjects of business activity more comfortable conditions for business was made. Decisions were sent to developers for modification in accordance with the established procedure.
