Attention of the citizens who use services of government bodies and multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPC)

For improvement of an order of providing the state services of federal public authorities and also receiving feedback since 2013 continuous monitoring of quality of services through the "Your Control" system created by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is carried out.

The citizens who received service of federal authority including at the request for it in MPC, have opportunity to estimate quality of service having chosen the most convenient way for themselves:
- to take part in free SMS poll from official short number "0919";
- by means of information and analytical system "Your Control" vashkontrol.ru;
- through the official site of MPC within the Portal of the state and municipal services uslugi.tatarstan.ru/mfc of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- via the infomats "Electronic Government" wich are installed in MPC and in authorities of the republic.

It is possible to estimate thus services of Federal Registration Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Migratory and Tax services, the Pension Fund, Social insurance fund, Federal Bailiff Service, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare, Federal Agency for State Property Management.

Today the system contains already 23 million estimates, the level of satisfaction of citizens with quality of the state services in Russia makes 92,9%. 

It should be noted that in the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of survey which is annually conducted by Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring the level of satisfaction of the population with quality of the state and municipal services in 2015 made 92,3%.
