For improvement and reduction of terms of procedure of documents acceptance from legal entities (large owners) on the state registration of the rights for real estate the Office of Federal registration service across the Republic of Tatarstan (Office) started approbation of introduction of information system of preliminary preparation and delivery of documents for the state registration of the rights by legal entities (large owners) in electronic form: rosreestr.ru/wps/portal/cc_ib_electronic_state_rights/.

Now users of information system (large owners) can independently create the electronic version of the documents necessary for the state registration of the rights and send them to Office without leaving the place. Subsequently at reception of originals of documents on papers the staff of Office carry out verification of the data with originals told in electronic form that allows to reduce documents acceptance terms by the state registration of the rights considerably.
