Changes are made to the Federal law "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control"

The Federal law of 03.11.2015 No. 306-FZ "About modification of the Federal law "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" is adopted. 

The document makes changes to the law on protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state and municipal control. Bodies of the state and municipal control were granted the right when carrying out checks to request and free of charge to receive documents at other state agencies and local governments at which disposal necessary documents are. The order of granting and the list of the documents submitted thus establishes the Government of the Russian Federation.

The ban on the repeated requirement of information from the under control person  which is in the state information systems and registers is also established by the federal law.

The accepted document will expand the rights of the checked legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. They will be able to study documents which came to supervisory authority, and also independently to submit necessary documents. 

The federal law will come into force since July 1, 2016.
