The payment on account of indemnification to roads is reduced by cars weighing over 12 t

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2015 No. 1191 is published,  according to it the payment on account of the indemnification caused to public highways of federal value by the vehicles having the allowed maximum weight over 12 t is reduced. The text of the document is published on November 10, 2015 on the website of the Government of the Russian Federation.

According to the resolution till February 29, 2016 the size of a payment will make 1,53 rubles for kilometer instead of present 3,73 rubles. From March 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018 the coefficient 0,82 that will provide decrease in the size of a payment during this period to 3,06 rubles on one kilometer will be applied inclusive, and since the beginning of 2019 the rate will increase to 3,73 rubles for kilometer, that is to originally assumed level.
