The deputy minister Ayrat Shamsiyev took part in the All-Russian conference on an assessment of the regulating influence

The All-Russian conference "Role and Value of Institute of an Assessment of the Regulating Influence in Adoption of Regulatory Decisions and Improvement of Investment Climate of Regions" under the chairmanship of the secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev took place on October 30, 2015 in Perm.

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev shared experience of realization of procedure of an assessment of the regulating influence in the Republic of Tatarstan. In his report he made proposals on change of the federal legislation in the sphere of an assessment of the regulating influence, and also the questions connected with need of modification of the Technique of formation of a rating of quality of implementation of an assessment of the regulating influence and examination for subjects of the Russian Federation.
