II All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Unfair competition. Problems of the theory and law-enforcement practice", devoted to discussion of topical issues of a current state of unfair competition, took place on October 29, 2015 on the basis of the Educational and methodical center of FAS Russia. The First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin handled welcome speech to listeners of action.

The deputy minister of economy Bulat Haziakhmetov made a speech at the plenary session with the report devoted to implementation of the Standard of development of the competition, having noted that development of the competition is not a craze, but the effective mechanism of formation of the effective market relations. In the republic it is necessary to pay close attention to formation of the favorable competitive environment by involvement in the general work of authorities and representatives of business.
