Public consultations are held

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan holds public consultations on the bill "About establishment of a tax rate on income tax of the organizations for residents of the territories of the advancing social and economic development created in territories of monoprofile municipalities (monotowns) of the Republic of Tatarstan and about modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the property tax of the organizations" (further – the project).

The project is directed on rendering the state support to residents of the territories of the advancing social and economic development created in territories of monoprofile municipalities (monotowns) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The bill provides that the state support is carried out by granting to residents territories of the advancing development of the following tax privileges:

1) the rate on income tax which is subject to transfer in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan makes 5% during the first 5 tax periods and 10% - during the subsequent 5 periods; 

2) release from payment of the property tax of the organizations.

We invite representatives of business associations to study the presented project on the site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In case of existence of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also provisions, promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, we ask to send the remarks and offers to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on electronic adress: liliya.Farrahova@tatar.ru.
