Rating of social and economic development of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for January – September, 2015

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-September, 2015.

In the general rating for January-September, 2015 the leading positions were taken Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Laishevsky (the 3rd place) municipal areas.

For January-September, 2015 the greatest change of a place in a rating reached Atninsky (+6 positions) and Sabinsky (+5 positions) municipal areas. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: increase in growth rates of total area of houses, tax and non-tax income.

Provisions in a rating Muslyumovo (-7 positions) and Alekseevsky (-4 positions) of municipal areas worsened. These deteriorations are caused by increase in level of the registered unemployment, decrease in growth rates of total area of houses, the tax and non-tax income.

Per capita the volume of the shipped production on the republic in averaged consisted 350,13 thousand rubles, among municipalities of the republic most good results on this indicator are in Almetyevsk (2103,32 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamsk (1136,18 thousand rubles) and Novosheshminsk (736,63 thousand rubles) municipal areas.

As of October 1, 2015 the level of the registered unemployment in the republic made 0,78%. In 21 municipalities this indicator is lower than national average value. The smallest unemployment rate is registered in Laishevskom (0,20%), Aktanyshsk (0,28%) and Pestrechinsk (0,33%) municipal areas. The greatest in Sabinskom (1,41%), Yelabuga (1,40%) and Bavly (1,36%) municipal areas.

For January-September, 2015 in RT it is put into operation of 0,44 sq.m of total area of housing per capita. The most Square of housing is per capita entered into Pestrechinskiy (2,4 sq.m), Verkhneuslonskiy (2,1 sq.m) and Laishevskiy (2,0 sq.m) municipal areas.
