Changes are made to the Federal law "About protection of the competition"

The federal law No. 275-FZ made of 05.10.2015 changes to the law "About Protection of the Competition" and separate acts of the Russian Federation".

Changes provide non-proliferation of provisions of this law on the relations settled by uniform rules of the competition in the cross-border markets which control of observance is within the competence of the Euroasian economic commission according to the international treaty.

Besides, the law imposes a ban on unfair competition by distribution of the false or inexact or distorted data, deception, including concerning quality and consumer properties of goods, incorrect comparison of an economic entity or its goods with other managing rival subject or his goods.
