In St. Petersburg there passed the XIV all-Russian forum "Strategic planning in regions and the cities of Russia: space of a choice and choice of space".

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and the deputy minister Oleg Pelevin participated in a forum. 

Within the second plenary session "Law on strategic planning and budgetary code: the directions of synchronization" as moderator of which  the dean of faculty of free arts and sciences of St. Petersburg State University Alexey Kudrin acted, Artyom Zdunov told how in Tatarstan the issue of coordination of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 and the budget is resolved. At the end of plenary session rewarding with thanks of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and letters of thanks of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of the developers of Strategy of Tatarstan who made a worthy contribution to social and economic development of our republic took place.

Besides, within the second day of a forum Artyom Zdunov and Oleg Pelevin made reports on the following round tables:

- Interregional meeting "Regional innovative strategy and smart specialization. The best practicians";

- Adaptation of technology of regional and municipal strategic planning to requirements of 172-FZ;

- Problems of realization of 172-FZ at the municipal level;

- Events in life of the cities and regions: effect from scale.
