Additional liability for violations in the sphere of purchases is imposed

On October 16, 2015 the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia approved in the first reading the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses". Changes are made for the purpose of prevention of violations by the customer of provisions of the legislation on contract system in the sphere of purchases at stages of planning and performance of the contract.
