The main criteria of granting the land plots for welfare and large-scale investment projects were considered at interdepartmental meeting

On September 25, 2015 the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted in the 3rd reading the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Land code of the Republic of Tatarstan" regarding the statement of criteria according to which the land plots can be provided in rent for placement of objects of welfare and household appointment, implementation of large-scale investment projects according to the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In this regard on October 15, 2015 in the ministry of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan together with representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan there passed meeting on consideration of drafts of the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of quality and (or) quantitative indices of criteria to which there have to correspond objects of welfare and household appointment, large-scale investment projects" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the statement of the Order of consideration of the documents proving compliance of object of welfare and household appointment, the large-scale investment project to criteria, established by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan". These documents will establish the main criteria for welfare and large-scale investment projects on receiving the land plots without auction.
