The form of the contract on the investment tax credit is approved

Within implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 06.09.2013 No. 642 "About the statement of the Order of coordination and making decision on granting the investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan" the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov signed the order on the statement of a form of the Contract on the investment tax credit.

The form of the Contract on the investment tax credit provides an order of reduction of payments on the corresponding tax, the credit sum (with the indication of a tax according to which the organization was granted the investment tax loan), period of validity of the contract, percent charged for the credit sum, an order of repayment of the sum of the credit and the added percent, a way of providing performance of obligations on payment of the tax credit and the added percent on the Contract, responsibility of the parties. 

In the form of the Contract provisions according to which realization or transfer to possession, use or the order to other persons of the equipment or other property which acquisition by the organization will be the basis for granting the investment tax credit aren't allowed during the term of its action are provided.

For consideration of a question of granting the investment tax credit it is necessary to submit the request prepared according to requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 06.09.2013 No. 642 "About the statement of the Order of coordination and making decision on granting the investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan" to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
