Within realization of the State program "Strategic management of talents in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" open competition of co-organizers of actions of the State program is announced: "Laboratory of talent", "The championship of scientific competitions", "Training classes" which is carried out by Autonomous non-profit organization "Kazan Open University of Talents 2.0".

To participation in competition the natural and legal entities possessing professional and communication readiness for realization of actions according to situation which is published on the website utalents.ru in the section "Actions" are invited. For participation it is necessary to fill in the demand on the specified site till October 15, 2015.
