The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the forum "Science and Technologies in Society"

Within working visit of official delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan in Japan representatives of the Ministry of Economics participated in the forum "Science and Technologies in Society" which took place on October 4-5, 2015 in the city of Kyoto.
Within participation in the Forum the Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov and the deputy minister of economy Bulat Haziakhmetov took part in a round table, and also in plenary session concerning innovative development with participation of the minister of science and technology of India Harsh Varkhana, the adviser for scientific questions of Great Britain Mark Volport, the president of the French national center of scientific researches Alan Fercha, and also the president of the Business Russia organization Alexey Repik. During the above actions the questions of modernization of the existing productions in all spheres of economy were raised.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
