The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in work of a round table "Tatarstan-Abkhazia"

Within working visit of the Tatarstan delegation headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to the Republic of Abkhazia the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in work of a round table "Tatarstan-Abkhazia". The round table took place on October 1, 2015 and was devoted to questions of expansion of trade and economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation between the republics.
During a round table Rustam Minnikhanov as the most priority directions for collaboration called the agrarian and industrial complex sphere, mutual tourism, automotive industry, IT and other high technologies, health care and pharmaceutics, transport, science, education, etc.
Within visit of the Tatarstan delegation to Abkhazia also visit of a number of the large local enterprises took place: dairy plant to Sukhumi and a hothouse complex in the Ochamchyrsky area.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
