The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the bill "About Bases of the State and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation"

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation finished and presented for discussion to the Government of the Russian Federation the bill "About Bases of the State and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".

We remind that work on the bill was begun in January of the current year according to an order of the President of the Russian Federation. The Republic of Tatarstan took active part in preparation of offers in the bill which found the reflection in the modifed version of the document.

The bill provides introduction of the principles of an assessment of efficiency of activity of control bodies, risk-oriented approach at implementation of checks, and also fixing of information openness of obligatory requirements. It is supposed that the list of legal acts with obligatory requirements have to contain in administrative regulations, obligatory requirements have to be published on the official sites of control authorities and supervision.
