The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan concluded the Agreement on information exchange when granting the investment tax credit

Within implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 06.09.2013 No. 642 "About the statement of the Order of coordination and making decision on granting the investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan"  work on introduction in practice of a procedure for granting of the investment tax credit began.

So, between the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan the Agreement on information exchange when granting the investment tax credit to the organizations which are carrying out the economic activity in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan  is concluded.

For consideration of a question of granting the investment tax credit it is necessary to submit the request prepared according to requirements of the resolution of the Cabinetof Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 06.09.2013 No. 642 "About the statement of the Order of coordination and making decision on granting the investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan" to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
