Attention of local governments!

According to requirements of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan and Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan the following changes are made to standard administrative regulations of providing municipal service in preparation and issue of the development plan for a land plot (further – administrative regulations).

The requirement for presentation by the applicant of survey is excluded from point 2.11 of section 2 of "The standard of providing municipal service" of administrative regulations. This document joins in point 2.6 of section 2 of "The standard of providing municipal service" of administrative regulations.

In this regard local governments need to make corresponding changes to the regulations regulating providing standard municipal service. Also we note that the staticized standard administrative regulations are submitted on the official site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
