The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared amendments to the Federal Law project No. 674850-6 "About modification of the Federal law "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control"

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared amendments to the draft of the federal law No. 674850-6 "About modification of the Federal law "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" (further – the bill). This bill is developed according to "road map" "Improvement of quality of the regulatory environment for business". 

Amendments to the bill, in particular, provide a ban to demand from under-control persons of providing documents, including allowing documents which are available at the disposal of government bodies, local governments or the organizations subordinated to them, and also being in the state (municipal) information systems, registers and registers.

Also the bill is supplemented with provisions, concerning features of request of documents and (or) information which are the tax or other secret protected by the law, and also features of carrying out checks in need of obtaining documents and (or) information within interdepartmental information exchange.
